Born in 2013, Santa Fe Bite is the one true heir of the iconic Bobcat Bite, known for our

award-winning green chile cheeseburger, steaks and family-friendly atmosphere. We will

continue to carry on this legacy even as we take a giant step forward to become an

employee-owned business. Over the last few years, we have expanded our menu to include

many Mexican favorites, great breakfast dishes, house-roasted coffee, and luscious desserts.
